Speak Up About Animal Research Webinar

Medical research involving animals is often misunderstood by the public and policymakers. This lack of understanding is easily exploited by groups that oppose research involving animals, leading to serious consequences that limit and, in some cases, ban animal studies. We need to act now to stop the downward momentum and build up public understanding and acceptance of this important work. International openness initiatives have had positive results. Session attendees will learn about animal research openness activities in the UK and the US, their impacts and progress, and how you can get involved.
