The Minidox-B is a chlorine dioxide gas generation system designed for use in any pharmaceutical, manufacturing, laboratory, or research setting. It provides a rapid and highly effective method to sterilize volumes up to 70,000 ft³, including rooms, isolators, passthroughs, processing tanks, and cleanrooms.
The Minidox-B is portable in design and can be easily moved throughout your facility. When sterilization cycles are completed, a run record is produced that contains cycle data including the date, cycle time, cycle steps, temperature and pressure. Run Data can also be electronically logged to the included USB drive. The control system features a password protected, recipe management system with historical and real time trending of cycle data.
Small chambers can be fully decontaminated with a total cycle time of less than 1.5 hours and rooms can be fully decontaminated with a total cycle time of less than 3.5 hours. All instrumentation, including the concentration monitoring system, can be easily calibrated to traceable standards.
A smaller capacity version, the Minidox-L, is available as is the Minidox-M, which incorporates an integrated concentration monitoring feature.
Chlorine dioxide is unparalleled in its ability to effectively decontaminate. Being a true gas, it is unaffected by temperature changes, room configuration, chamber loads, has excellent penetration and distribution properties and is an EPA registered sterilant.
The Minidox-B is easily portable and designed with quick sterilization connections making it easy to interface with a wide variety of applications.
The Minidox-B utilizes a USB drive to keep track of all cycle parameters during a decontamination. This data can then be downloaded to any database software. A printed run record can also be provided with the included printer.
