Bottle Washer
Modular Design with The Smallest Possible Footprint
Designed for processing bottles and sipper tubes, the BW-75 Bottle Washer from Allentown is able to process
two 18-bottle crates, or up to 94 sipper tubes, in one cycle – all while occupying the smallest possible footprint.
The BW-75 has a modular design that can be used in conjunction with bottle de-capping / emptying and filling/recapping
modules. Most importantly – it is clean / dirty barrier compatible with interlocking, manually operated doors.
Optional dedicated wash nozzles can also be provided.

offer a wide variety of optional features including a spray wand and a pneumatic-assist de-capper for individual
sipper tubes. They are also available in 1000 mm (BE-05) or 1400 mm (BE-15) widths.

Bottle Filling Modules
Available in two sizes
Either as a standalone application or integrated with a washer, BF-05 / 15 Bottle Filling Modules from Allentown
offer programmable cycles to accommodate a wide variety of bottle sizes and quantities and are available in 1000 mm
(BF-05) or 1400 mm (BF-15) widths. Options include a fixed head for simultaneously filling 18 or 36 bottles, a
mobile head for 18-bottle filling, a 3-stage filtration system and an acidifier.
